Hotel Idania - Bardolino

Had a magical Christmas at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the heart of the town and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options for everyone. The festive decorations throughout the hotel added to the holiday ambiance, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The beds were a bit too firm for my taste, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were a bit on the small side, so we felt a bit cramped with all of our luggage.

Loved this hotel. About a 10 minute easy stroll onto the waterfront, through a lovely little park, passing lovely shops and restaurants on the way. Hotel was lovely. Spotlessly clean and with good amenities. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfasts were perfect. The hotel pool was lovely, never more than 4 people using it whilst we were there, so really quiet. Plenty of sun beds and chairs - again, plenty for all. Oh, and pool towels are supplied. A wonderful gentleman on the front desk who spoke perfect English. All in all a fabulous stay. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend. Thank you Hotel Idania.

Only con I can think of is the pool area is noisy due to the main road traffic but that wouldn’t put me off. Everything else makes up for it.

We liked location and staff, they were fantastic. We spent our evenings in nearby Bar Pizzeria la Boa enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Pool was great and perfect for us.

Lovely hotel close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel just a short walk from the lake. Our room was clean and had a great bathroom with a bath. The staff were lovely and Paolo, the barman, was friendly and cute. The pool was fantastic, although the water was a bit cold. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and boats. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Some guests mentioned occasional noise from the main road outside the hotel, which may be bothersome for light sleepers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main road and close to everything. I loved being able to take endless walks and explore the beautiful Bardolino waterfront. The hotel facilities were great and all clean. The staff were helpful and energetic, always willing to provide me with tips and recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Great location close to the city center and tourist attractions. the room was clean with a nice balcony view. the breakfast had a good variety and was satisfactory.

The room was outdated and had a basic design. the bathroom was too cramped and the shower was disappointing.
